About Me

Hi, I’m Rio Bauce, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker based in San Francisco. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people who use drugs, and those navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, and identity-related challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop meaningful changes in your life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a place to process, I’m here to support you.

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions in San Francisco, making therapy accessible and flexible to fit your needs.

Let’s work together toward a path of healing and growth.
